Request account deletion
Open the support form and choose Delete my account. Use the email address linked to your Tivvle account so we can find the right records.
Submitting the form sends a request; it does not immediately delete your account. We may verify account ownership and will explain any further steps. Never send a password or verification code.
Delete from within the app
Open Account & privacy → Review account deletion, then read the warning and follow the confirmation steps. Signing out, removing a deck and uninstalling are not account deletion.
If the in-app action does not finish, use the email route above. Do not assume that your account has been removed until the app or support confirms completion.
What the request covers
The account-deletion request covers your sign-in account and associated app data: decks, sections, flashcards, saved ratings, study activity, goals, streaks and challenge records, together with account-linked drafts and usage records.
Deletion is permanent. Tell us if you need help accessing a copy of your information before requesting deletion.
Records and copies that may remain
Technical backups, security logs and records required by law can have separate retention rules. Copies downloaded to another offline device may remain there until the device reconnects or its app storage is cleared. Messages already sent by email are handled separately from the app database.
Daily database backups are retained for seven days. Support and privacy-request records are reviewed 12 months after closure and deleted when no longer needed, unless an ongoing complaint or legal obligation requires retention. Independent copies of shared decks already saved by other users remain theirs. See the Privacy notice for more information.
Subscriptions are separate
If you have an Apple or Google subscription, manage cancellation through the store account that bought it. Do not assume deleting your Tivvle account cancels store billing. Contact support if you need help finding the relevant store subscription.
This website does not sell subscriptions. You do not need Premium or any payment to request account deletion.
