THE TIVVLE HELP SPACE

Simple, fair terms

A clear starting point for using Tivvle, looking after your account and understanding what’s included.

Updated 25 October 2026.

Using Tivvle

These terms cover the Tivvle app and website. Operator details are on our Legal page. You must be at least 13. If you are 13–17, ask a parent or trusted adult for help with anything unclear, and get permission before using someone else’s payment method.

Keep account details accurate and sign-in details private. Do not impersonate others, share access to bypass limits or interfere with the service. Our privacy notice explains how we use personal information.

Your cards and sharing

You retain your rights in material you create or upload. Only use material you own or have permission to use. You allow Tivvle and its providers to process it for the features you choose, including storage, sync and optional AI creation.

Sharing lets recipients view and save an independent copy for learning, which they can edit. Removing your original, its link or your account does not remove copies already saved. Sharing does not give you rights over someone else’s material.

Free trial and Free access

Your —-day trial starts with your first saved deck and includes 10 Steps, Repair and Fade. The Free account allowance is — cards, with — lifetime AI generations of up to — cards each, within available capacity.

After the trial, Premium is needed to create or edit material, play challenges, share decks or save new shared copies. You can still study and rate all existing saved cards on Free, including shared copies. Your decks and progress are not deleted. The trial does not charge you automatically.

Premium subscriptions

UK prices are £5.99 monthly or £49.99 annually. Annual billing is one yearly payment. Premium includes ongoing creation, editing, all three challenges and sharing, plus — AI generations per subscription month, with up to — cards per generation. AI is subject to allowances and suitable source material; it is not unlimited.

Purchase through Apple or Google in the app, not this website. The store shows the applicable price, taxes, billing period and renewal terms before you confirm. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled. Current feature allowances are shown in the app; significant paid-service changes will be communicated and do not remove your consumer rights.

Cancellation and refunds

Manage cancellation, purchase restoration and refund requests through the store account used to subscribe. Cancellation normally stops future renewals; the store shows your access end date. Deleting Tivvle or your account does not cancel a subscription. Statutory cancellation and refund rights still apply.

Learning, AI and offline use

AI-generated and user-created material can be inaccurate. Check important information; Tivvle does not guarantee learning results or replace professional advice.

Downloaded cards support offline study, but cloud saves and some features need a connection. Check that work has synced before uninstalling or clearing storage. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Responsible use

Do not upload unlawful material, infringe others’ rights or misuse personal information. Shared decks must be for learning: no exploitation or grooming, targeted abuse, hate, sexual or graphic content, dangerous encouragement, scams or unlawful material. Legitimate non-graphic educational discussion is allowed.

Automated safety checks can make mistakes. We may restrict features, revoke links or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect people or comply with law. We explain decisions where safe and lawful. Report concerns or appeal through our support form. Tivvle is not an emergency service.

Help and your rights

Use our support form for help, complaints and account or privacy requests, including deletion. We aim to reply to routine support within 48 hours. A deletion request is not confirmation that it has completed.

We remain responsible where the law requires, including reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We explain significant changes through an appropriate service notice. These terms follow the law of England and Wales without removing mandatory consumer protections or court rights where you live.
